We’re adding to our tried and tested methodology that you know and love, with Combat Conditioning workouts from our brand new trainer and professional Muaythai Fighter and Coach, Han. Beginner / Intermediate

This 21 day Program is designed for those transitioning from beginner to intermediate fitness levels. The LEAN Method Level 1 is a shorter Program, designed as the perfect introduction to our tried and tested, science-based methodology. The workouts are 21 minutes in duration and as with all of our Programs, you have optional Activations and Finishers if you want to add an extra boost to your workout.

This Program features our signature hybrid model of training (Pilates, Strength and Cardio) with the addition of Mobility sessions to ensure that you ease into things safely, recover well and start conditioning your body for longer term training and sustainable results.
