When does the challenge start and end?

The challenge officially starts on Monday 13th January and runs for 8 weeks, finishing on Sunday 9th March. However the challenge will always be available in the App so you can start and finish it at your own pace if you need to!

How many days per week do I need to workout?

You can choose which challenge guide is best for you with options to train 3-6 days per week. It's best to choose a weekly split that is achievable so that you're able to stay consistent and progress from where you start.

Do I need a gym membership to do the challenge?

Not at all! The challenge, and all of the workouts inside the LEAN App have been specifically designed for home and outdoor training - with minimal equipment required.

Do I need a subscription to do the challenge?

Yes, you will need to be subscribed to the LEAN App to be able to access the challenge. Right now you can take advantage of our new year sale offer when you join!
